TrendMind AI offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and locate your order, or contact TrendMind AI support through the in-app support channel and we will forward your request to Paddle.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing → Manage subscription. On cancellation you keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free plan.

What is not covered

Refunds outside the 30-day window are considered on a case-by-case basis at our and Paddle's discretion. Additional Paddle refund terms apply — see Paddle's Refund Policy.
